An advisory report produced for the Dutch Ministry of Culture by 12 designers, and coordinated by Karel Martens and Roelof Mulder. Each independently designed section of 16 or 32 pages is printed in one pantone color. Table of contents is color-coded and used as a cover illustration. Introduction chapter and section dividers are printed in black on gray papers.
